I’m looking for a senior data-science professional (8+ years of hands-on work) who can devote 2–2.5 hours each weekday to strengthen the AI Guardrails across our platform. Your core responsibility will be the guardrails themselves—designing, refining, and validating them so that every model decision is traceable, safe, and audit-ready. Monitoring & compliance sit at the heart of the role. I need real-time data monitoring that instantly flags drift, robust anomaly-detection logic that separates genuine risk from noise, and scheduled compliance reports that stand up to both internal and external audits.
