I already invest in Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads, but I need a specialist who can take full ownership of performance marketing—from crafting the overarching strategy to launching, optimising, and reporting on the campaigns. The mission is simple: generate a steady flow of high-quality leads that convert into site visits and, ultimately, sales. You’ll be expected to research my market, refine the targeting, write compelling ad copy, design thumb-stopping creatives, and continually A/B-test to lower my cost per lead.
