I have a set of printed documents that I need transcribed into a fully editable Microsoft Word file. The pages include several tables, but nothing fancy— a straightforward, clean structure is all that’s required so I can sort, add rows, or re-format later. No images, footnotes, or special graphic elements appear in the source material. You may use OCR, manual typing, or a combination of both, as long as the end result is accurate and free of stray line breaks or scanning artifacts. Please apply basic Word styles (Normal text, simple table layout) and save everything as a single .docx file.
