I need to hammer our phone system around the clock to see exactly where, when, and why it breaks. That means placing a very high volume of outbound calls to our own in-house numbers throughout the entire day—morning, afternoon, and evening—so every traditional “rush hour” is covered. To make the volume realistic, I want a combination of both real people and automated software working together. The human element will catch nuance and latency that bots miss, while the dialer will generate the sheer load we need.
