I run a growing network of Airbnb listings spread across several cities and I’m ready to replace spreadsheets and third-party tools with a purpose-built property-management system. The core modules I can’t live without are reservation management, tight channel-manager integration (Airbnb, , Vrbo, etc.), and an always-on dynamic pricing engine. On top of that I need multi-admin access, guest CRM, revenue and occupancy reporting, support for multiple locations, and automated notifications by email, SMS, and push.
