Each month I need a complete set of statements—Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement—generated directly inside QuickBooks and then shared with me from there. The data will already be in the system; your task is to review the books for accuracy, post any routine month-end adjustments (depreciation, accruals, bank-feed clean-up), and make sure every account is fully reconciled before the reports are finalized. Deliverables • Reconciled QuickBooks file with all bank, credit-card, and loan accounts balanced • Monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement, saved and shared from QuickBooks (export to PDF/Excel only if I request it later) • Brief monthly commentary flagging any unusual variances you notice Acceptance Criteria ...
