I’m looking for an accounts assistant who can jump straight into three core activities: daily data entry of transactions, preparation of concise monthly financial reports, and prompt generation and tracking of all client invoices. Everything you create will be built, checked, and shared in Microsoft Excel, so you’ll need true advanced-level skill—comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, look-ups, and error-proof reconciliation.
