I need every piece of mixed text and numerical information from a set of PDF files transferred accurately into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The PDFs are already in digital form, so the task is pure data capture—no scanning or handwriting interpretation required. Each record in the spreadsheet should mirror the logical flow of the source documents: product or item name, associated codes, dates, quantities, prices, totals, and any descriptive notes all placed in their own clearly labeled columns.
