I have an idea for a new soft-plastic fishing lure and I’m still at the conceptual stage, but I already know the exact overall length and thickness I want. What I need now is a skilled product designer who can turn those dimensions into a 3D model, refine the profile for realistic action in the water, and then engineer a two-part mold that can be CNC-machined for standard plastisol injection. I will provide the precise measurements as soon as we start. You will guide the rest of the geometry—tail shape, ribbing, cavities for scent or rattles if you think they add value—so the lure swims naturally and ejects cleanly from the mold.
