Blue Goose Solutions is seeking a Head of Content / Digital Marketing to lead content strategy and digital marketing for nonprofit and mission-driven clients, as well as for Blue Goose’s own brand. This is a fractional, 1099 contract role for a named individual who will take ownership of content strategy, audience growth, client communications, and marketing execution. The role may suit a freelancer, fractional marketing leader, or small agency owner, provided the person completing the work is based in the DMV area. Key responsibilities include: Developing content strategies for clients and leading monthly strategy sessions. Growing views and followers across client accounts and Blue Goose’s channels. Reporting monthly performance metrics to the founder. Reviewing and approving scripts, posts, and content plans before publication or production. Leading Blue Goose’s LinkedIn, newsletter, and founder personal-brand content. Hiring and directing a Marketing Operations Coordinator, subject to founder approval. Participating in monthly in-person content shoots, client sessions, and events in the DC area. Requirements Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts, with before-and-after performance data.
