I need a reliable pair of hands to enter my financial records into QuickBooks Online (or a similar cloud platform) every single day. By 9 a.m. EST I upload the previous day’s receipts, bank feeds, and credit-card statements; your task is to post each transaction, code it to the right chart-of-accounts category, attach the source document, and flag anything that looks unusual. Because this work happens daily, consistency and total accuracy are non-negotiable. I’ll also count on you to reconcile the running balances and send me a brief end-of-day summary so I can spot cash-flow trends at a glance.
