We're launching a winter collection of Indo-Western co-ord sets for women and need an experienced designer to create it with us. WHAT YOU'LL DESIGN - 5 co-ord set designs (top plus bottom, with an optional jacket, shrug or cape layer) - Indo-Western styles blending Indian details (embroidery, zari, mirror work, pleats, angrakha or kurta cuts) with Western shapes (blazers, crop tops, flared pants, palazzos, skirts) - Winter fabrics such as velvet, silk, satin, crushed velvet, tissue, suede and wool blends - Pieces for festive, wedding-guest, party and smart-casual wear DELIVERABLES FOR EACH DESIGN - Colour sketch or flat drawing (front and back) - Tech pack with measurements, s...
