The BoM should cover only the mounting structure and the electrical wiring—solar panels are outside this scope. For the mounting structure, note the exact material type and all relevant dimensions so a fabricator can quote without extra questions. For the wiring schedule, include the wire gauge, insulation type, and conduction material for every cable run, separating DC string, AC output, and earthing conductors when they differ.
