I need a reliable self-starter based either in South Asia or Nigeria who can step in as my day-to-day personal assistant. The core of the role is keeping my work life organised: screening and responding to emails, updating spreadsheets in Google Workspace, arranging meetings across multiple time zones, and following up with vendors or clients when I’m tied up elsewhere. Most communication happens in English, so strong written and spoken skills are essential; if you also speak Hindi or Yoruba it will help when I’m working with regional partners, but it isn’t mandatory.
