I have a working Excel file for our “Water Cooler 127” line that is starting to get unwieldy as orders grow. I need you to rebuild or refine it so every sale is captured cleanly and the numbers remain accurate at a glance. Here’s what absolutely must be in the sheet: • Customer name, full contact information, and an automatically updated purchase history tied to each client. • Product name, current selling price, and real-time stock quantity for every model we carry. I’d like the layout to stay intuitive for frontline staff, with drop-downs or look-ups where that will cut down data-entry errors.
