I need a stunning pageant costume for a beauty pageant. The costume should feature a flowing skirt with ruffles in copper and cyan colors. I have the copper corset and can probably find the headpiece. Mostly interested in the skirt and “cape”. Please see the photo attached. I’d like it a bit more conservative than is pictured. Key Requirements: - Pageant-ready design - Copper and cyan color scheme - Flowing skirt with ruffles -cape like flow over shoulders if possible (see photo$ Ideal Skills and Experience: - Costume design expertise - Experience with pageant attire - Strong color matching and fabric selection skills
