I need a partner who can take applicants from initial screening all the way to securing a European placement and the correct paperwork that lets them start on day one. In practical terms this means two tightly-linked tasks: sourcing suitable roles in Europe that match each candidate’s profile and then managing the sponsorship process for both work visas and, when relevant, student visas. You should already have a network of European employers or academic institutions that can issue Certificates of Sponsorship or equivalent documentation.
