I'm an experienced Arizona real estate investor looking for a long-term partner, not a one-off gig. I need a detail-oriented virtual property manager to run day-to-day operations across my 33-unit portfolio, working under my direction. You'll own the tenant lifecycle from first inquiry to move-out, supported by documented SOPs, scripts, and notice templates. THE PORTFOLIO - 20 spaces at an RV park (long-term, with an onsite host) - 10 spaces at a mobile home park (long-term, with an onsite host) - 3 furnished mid-term units in central Phoenix Onsite hosts greet residents, show units, and report issues.
