I oversee a growing portfolio of residential rentals that changes month to month. To keep everything accurate and engaging for prospective tenants, I need someone who can: • Keep every property entry on our website fully up-to-date—photos, rates, availability dates, amenities and any policy changes. • Repurpose that same information for our social-media channels so each new post or update stays consistent with the website copy and branding. • Answer email and phone enquiries quickly, clearly and courteously, guiding prospects through next steps and logging the interaction for future follow-up.
