I am looking for a specialist in ransomware recovery and Microsoft SQL Server database recovery to assess and recover an encrypted database backup. Available files: Four successive ZIP backups of the same SQL database, approximately 53 MB each. All four files were affected by ransomware and now have the extension .zip.spider50. The attackers’ ransom note, RANSOM_NOTE.html. Important limitations: The files available are the encrypted backups themselves. I do not have any unencrypted backup copies, other backup files, or the original MDF and LDF database files. Assessment and recovery must therefore be based on the four encrypted ZIP files and the ransom note, without remote access to the affected computer.
