You will type the content into Microsoft Word and immediately place the same text in a Google Docs file, keeping both editable versions identical. Standard text formatting is all that’s required: a clear body font, consistent paragraph breaks, and only the headings or emphasis that already appear in the notes. When the text is spotless, export the Word file to a properly paginated, print-ready PDF.
