Our organisation runs Dynamics 365 Customer Service and I need a MB-230 certified functional consultant to take our instance to the next level. The immediate focus is on tailoring the system through workflow automation so routine actions fire automatically and data moves between entities without manual intervention. Once those workflows are in place I also want to: • Troubleshoot and resolve lingering issues that slow agents down or break key processes. • Deliver live, scenario-based training sessions so my support team can make full use of the new features. Access to the tenant, current solution files and a clear map of the desired end-to-end processes will be provided on day one. Success is measured by workflows running error-free in production, ticket resolution time...
