I need our live ERPNext instance reorganised so that it holds one company record per operating currency. The current HKD entity remains untouched; what I need are fresh but identical company records for USD, CNY and EUR that print exactly as “MY COMPANY Electronic Industries Inc.” using the same address and contact block. Once the three companies exist, please move every approved invoice that already sits in USD or CNY—391 documents in total—into the matching currency company. Keep each invoice number, date and approval status exactly as today. Draft invoices do not have to be migrated. All work must first be proven on a full copy of the database, with a clean backup taken beforehand, and the final cut-over performed during Hong Kong night hours. Key outcomes I wi...
