We need a US-based shop or lab to perform destructive teardown and adhesive/sealer inspection of complete automotive BIW units. A detailed Statement of Work is attached. Please quote using its pricing table (Section 11). Scope: Receive e-coated BIW units with doors, hood and liftgate, delivered by flatbed Full teardown and inspection of all adhesive bonds and sealer seams 24 macro and 6 micro cross-sections per unit, with microscope imaging NOK findings report per unit, using our template Volume: 4 units per quarter, ongoing. Requirements: Shop space for 2 BIWs, plus a forklift Automotive body, collision or teardown experience Sectioning and microscopy capability, either in-house or through a partner lab Willing to sign an NDA
