Role Overview We are a fast-growing, high-performance US Real Estate team looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Integrator who thrives on creating order, driving execution, and building scalable systems. You will serve as the backbone of our business—managing daily operations, holding the team accountable, optimizing systems, and keeping KPIs on track so leadership can focus on high-level growth.
