Project Short Description: We need an experienced Sheet Metal Design / Mechanical Engineer to design a 3D CAD model and production-ready 2D DXF flat patterns for an industrial machinery enclosure extension. We are expanding the back of a fully-assembled machine to turn it into a single, unified "All-in-One" mobile workstation. Core Requirements & Specifications • Chassis Envelope Dimensions: Height: 1418 mm, Width: 766 mm. • Extension Parameters: 450 mm depth extension added directly to the rear. The width must match the existing 766 mm profile perfectly for a zero-gap, flush appearance. • Unified Heavy-Duty Base: The entire combined unit will sit over a new, single continuous C-channel steel base frame supported by exactly four heavy-duty outer corner caste...
