I need friendly, reliable people to come online during our daily peak hours and have normal, casual conversations with users. WORK: Log in, get matched, chat about everyday things — hobbies, music, movies, work, life. Move to the next match when a chat ends. HOURS (IST): 7–8 PM and 11 PM–12 AM, every day. 2 hours total. REQUIREMENTS • Must chat comfortably in BOTH English and Hindi • Sociable, friendly, good typing speed • Reliable daily — this is ongoing work • Desktop + stable internet PAY: Hourly, weekly milestones. 1-week trial first, then long-term for good performers.
