I want to create an animation of a stick figure around a campfire, I want to explain beta oxidation, how the mitochondria burns fat is a fuel source and how inflammation can prevent this. The analogy, tightened Fire pit = mitochondria. Firewood = fat. Heat and a boiling kettle = energy (ATP). Lid on the pit = inflammation. Real mechanism: inflammation drives insulin up, and insulin blocks the gate that lets fat into the mitochondria (CPT1). Optional second visual: a padlock on the woodshed, because insulin also keeps fat locked in storage. Smoldering fire = burning fat without making energy.
