I need a script-driven WhatsApp Chat Admin that lets me run my support line without constantly being online. At its core, the solution must: • Fire automated welcome messages whenever a new user starts a chat and handle common FAQ responses without my intervention. • Broadcast announcements one-to-one (no group blasts) so each contact receives a personalised copy. • Offer basic user management—think tagging, opt-in / opt-out status, conversation history lookup, and simple statistics.
