We're a software company serving automotive dealership service departments in the US and Canada. We need phone callers to confirm one thing per dealership: which Dealer Management System (DMS) they run, plus which service-lane tools they use. This is not sales. No pitching, no booking. One short question set, log the answer, move on. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Work from a Google Sheet batch of 500 to 1,000 dealerships (name, phone, city, brand). - Call the dealership, ask for the service department, and ask which DMS they use. - Log the DMS from our picklist (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, Dealertrack, PBS, Autosoft, DealerBuilt, Serti, Quorum, other). - Ask one follow-up: which tool they use for service scheduling, texting, or technician videos (Xtime, myKaarma, TruVideo, Dealer-...
