At JAG, we are looking to outsource our marketing on a monthly retainer basis. We recently worked with a UK-based agency, which helped us get very specific about what we need to promote our business. • 4 Blog Articles per month - Planned, produced and published (website/LinkedIn) • Develop 2 Guides that can be used for marketing and paid advertising on LinkedIn • 2 organic social media posts per week - LinkedIn ONLY • SEO - Website optimisation and ongoing technical SEO work • Set up and ongoing management of LinkedIn Ads. • Website conversion review and ongoing reviews and changes • HubSpot support - Setting up email campaigns and one-off mailshots We expect fortnightly team meetings for the first 2 months, then move to monthly meetings thereafter. There is a separate project to update our website so it falls in line with our offering; this can be discussed as part of the retainer and how we move forward.
