King’s Equity Partners LLC seeks a dependable, experienced virtual assistant for approximately 20 hours per week during agreed U.S. calling hours. We are seeking a long-term working relationship, beginning with screening and a separately agreed paid trial. RESPONSIBILITIES • Make outbound calls regarding possible surplus proceeds from tax sales and foreclosures. • Locate and verify property owners, claimants, relatives and heirs. • Explain the public-record reason for contact, qualify interest and professionally handle basic objections. • Follow up consistently and maintain accurate CRM notes and dispositions. • Schedule appointments and warm-transfer or hand qualified prospects to management. • Assist with contract follow-up. • Follow KEP scripts...
