I’m looking to bring a new mobile experience to life on both iOS and Android, paired with a web-based backend that lets my internal team handle every stage of the user journey. On the app side, users will create an account, fill in personal details, and upload supporting documents. All of that data must sync instantly and securely to the backend so my team can jump in, review submissions, and deliver help in three key ways: customer support, detailed document and information review, and direct resource allocation.
