We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer specialising in Security Operations (SecOps) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) to join an international organisation on a fully remote basis. The role will lead the design, configuration, enhancement, and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow SecOps solutions, with a primary focus on Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response. Responsibilities include managing intake, correlation, prioritisation, remediation, reporting, automation, and integrations with security tools such as vulnerability scanners and SIEM platforms. The successful candidate will also design and support GRC capabilities, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Assessment, Third-Party Risk Management, Business Impact Analysis, and Business Continuity Management. They will ensure traceability between risks, controls, issues, and business requirements. As an independent solution designer, the role will involve making architecture decisions aligned with ServiceNow best practices, promoting configuration-first and upgrade-safe solutions, minimising technical debt, and ensuring effective CMDB and CSDM alignment.
