I’m ready to finalise the structural layout for a new ground-plus-one residence and need a clear, professional column-and-beam plan prepared right away. All vertical and horizontal members will be in reinforced concrete, and the plot sits on a mixed black-and-yellow soil, so please take that bearing capacity into account when sizing footings and designing reinforcement. Because timing is critical, I’d like the first draft as soon as practicable, with quick turnaround on any revisions.
