URGENT SAME-DAY /RUSH TURNAROUND. I already filed the finished Petition for Review and Supreme Court of CA received it on the condition that I still need a formatted Table of Contents and Table of Authorities. We hand-entered the page numbers, but the headings and authorities are already in. Our bookmark and TOC creation tools glitched on us. Only 20 headings for TOC, and 13 authorities for TOA (a case, some statutes and rules - total 13). The final document should be in PDF format, and we will re-file the proper petition when done. Court has petition without working TOC, TOA and we are not amending the body.
