Cobra Hydro UK works with water companies, providing essential support during emergency water supply incidents. These emergencies can happen at any time and may affect anything from a handful of properties to thousands of customers. Our role is to coordinate bottled water supplies and doorstep deliveries, particularly for vulnerable customers on the Priority Services Register (PSR). We are looking to expand our team of Emergency Response Incident Managers to provide remote, out-of-hours cover on a rota basis. This is more than simply being on call. When an incident occurs, you will be responsible for coordinating the emergency response, managing drivers and resources, communicating with clients and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently.
