I'm looking for an experienced power electronics engineer to design, build and test a single-phase synchronous buck power stage using GaN FETs. This is a test vehicle, not a product. The purpose is to measure switching behaviour, losses and temperature at high switching frequency. The scope is deliberately short and well defined.
