All of our accounts live inside Tally Prime and the volume has out-grown the hours I can spare each week. I need someone who can step in and keep every ledger line accurate and up-to-date. Core work • Enter every purchase invoice the day it is received. • Post daily bank statement data and match it to the correct ledgers. • Reconcile the bank balance with Tally Prime at the end of each week. • Record all sales entries, ensuring tax codes are applied correctly. • Prepare and file GST returns on time. • Produce any supporting Excel spreadsheets I request (usually simple pivot tables or summary sheets for management).
