I have a structure that will sit on a shallow, spread (isolated) footing cast in concrete, and I need the full foundation design package prepared by a civil / structural engineer. You will size the footings, check bearing capacity, prepare reinforcement detailing, and make sure everything complies with the governing code in my region (please state which you intend to use—ACI 318, Eurocode 7, etc.).
