My laptop’s battery plummets from full charge to near-zero in under an hour even with light browsing, so I’m certain the issue is hardware-related rather than software bloat. I need a technician who can confirm the health of the battery pack, inspect the charging circuit, and swap in a quality replacement if that proves to be the culprit. Ideal workflow: run a quick diagnostic, show me the results, replace or re-cell the battery, then calibrate and stress-test so we can verify that normal run-time has been restored. A brief report after testing will wrap things up. If you have the tools and parts on hand and can offer at least a short warranty on the fix, let’s get this sorted.
