I require a complete set of Building Regulations drawings and technical specifications for a single-storey rear extension and ground-floor reconfiguration to a semi-detached residential property. Existing and proposed planning drawings (plans, elevations, and roof layouts) are already fully drafted and will be provided in PDF / DWG format. Scope of Work: Building Regulations Ground Floor Plan (1:50): Clear dimensioning, structural openings, door/window schedules. Thermal performance, internal layout alterations, fire safety, escape routes, and ventilation provisions (Part B, Part F). Drainage layout and connection points to existing mains/manholes (Part H). Full Construction Sections & Typical Details (1:20 / 1:10): Detailed section through the flat/monopitch roof, parapet/eaves, wall construction, and foundation/floor buildup.
