I have sleep story recordings that run about 15–20 minutes each, adding up to roughly three hours once the looping background track is included. They need to become polished, podcast-ready episodes. My raw takes contain a few clicks, lip smacks, that have to go without stripping away the natural warmth of my voice. After the clean-up, layer in the meditation-style background music I’ll supply, set it at a consistent, unobtrusive level, and loop it seamlessly so it fills the remaining runtime.
