I have an illustration that needs to be converted into a clean, production-ready Wilcom file for embroidery on 100% cotton garments. I’ll provide the artwork in vector and high-resolution PNG; your task is to translate every line, fill, and color stop into a stitch file that runs smoothly on cotton without puckering or thread breaks. Key details you should keep in mind: • Purpose: embroidery only, no screen-print or digital mock-ups required. • Fabric: cotton, so please set densities, underlay, pull compensation, and tie-offs accordingly. • Software: Wilcom is mandatory—send back the native .EMB as well as a standard .DST (or EXP) I can load straight into the machine. • Color sequence: follow the artwork’s palette; I’ll confirm thread code...
