Club Athletic is seeking a Social Media Manager to manage the day-to-day presence of its Instagram and TikTok channels. The role will maintain a consistent, engaging and on-brand social presence that reflects the club’s community-focused training experience. Working from a monthly editorial calendar, you will publish content across the main and Chicago accounts, create captions, schedule posts and reels, and manage daily Instagram Stories. You will also edit short-form videos from raw footage, including trend-based content, training recaps, text overlays and audio. The role includes managing comments and direct messages, answering prospective member questions and guiding interested leads toward booking a call. You will coordinate content assets from producers, coaches and club teams, maintain an organized content library, track weekly organic performance and recommend opportunities for improvement. Requirements At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle. Proficiency in Canva and CapCut, with the ability to quickly create polished, on-trend short-form videos. Strong, concise writing skills and the ability to follow an established brand voice.
