I need a lightweight chatbot built in Python that can recognise everyday, general-information questions from users and reply with concise, text-only answers. It will live inside a mobile app, so please structure the code as a self-contained module (or API endpoint) that my app developer can invoke directly. The logic does not have to be enterprise-level; a clean intent–entity approach or a small transformer model is fine as long as it reliably maps common queries to the correct response. Leveraging libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, HuggingFace Transformers, or Rasa is welcome if they speed things up and keep the footprint small.
