Role & Responsibilities - Generate qualified leads from individuals struggling with unsecured loans, credit card dues, and multiple loan repayments. - Identify customers facing financial hardship, EMI defaults, or collection-related difficulties. - Explain our debt settlement assistance process and arrange consultations. - Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate with our onboarding team. - Help eligible customers complete the onboarding process.
