I need fully-parametric gear models and some parts created in Autodesk Fusion 360. The work is strictly mechanical: I’ll supply overall dimensions, loads and speed requirements, and you’ll translate them into production-ready 3D models that behave correctly when mated and rotated together. What matters most is your intuitive grasp of how gears mesh and transmit motion; I’m not after flashy renders, just solid, machinist-friendly geometry. Once the CAD is approved I’d like to keep the door open for you, or someone you recommend, to machine the parts, so please model with real-world tolerances, materials and tooling limits in mind.
