I’m looking for a qualified MEP professional to produce a complete plumbing system design for a residential project. The scope covers everything from incoming water supply to final drainage and venting, laid out clearly so my local contractor can build straight from the drawings. Here’s what I need delivered: • Fully annotated floor plans showing cold- and hot-water runs, drainage and vent lines • Pipe sizing and fixture unit calculations that meet current residential code (IPC or local equivalent) • Isometric or riser diagrams for quick onsite reference • Fixture schedule with recommended materials and plumbing fittings • Editable CAD (AutoCAD/Revit) files plus print-ready PDFs You can count on prompt feedback from me.
