I already have council-approved drawings in DWG format and want them translated into clean, modern-style presentation material. First, I need precise 2D floor plans and matching isometric views generated directly from the CAD files. Line weights, annotations and any colour coding should echo a contemporary, sales-ready aesthetic so the material can move straight into marketing without further touch-ups. Once the drawings are done, the same look and feel carries into a coffee-table magazine that introduces the development.
